Racine Financial Empowerment Center (FEC) Open: The City of Racine's Financial Empowerment Center (FEC) is open and accepting clients! The FEC provides free, professional, confidential 1:1 financial counseling & coaching to help residents with budgeting, credit repair, savings, reducing debt, and more. YWCA 5.09 HSED Program: Do you know Racine residents who want to go back to school and earn their high school diploma? The YWCA's free adult HSED (High School Equivalency Diploma) program still has openings for upcoming cohorts with completely remote learning! - Become active in your neighborhood association or neighborhood watch.
- Bring your concerns, ideas, questions, and problems to the attention of your City Aldermen or the Mayor by emailing or calling them. If the matter is outside of the jurisdiction of the City of Racine, it will be referred to the proper authority.
